MacBride...Married Marie in 1969 in NJ, moved to RI shortly
thereafter with Sears and then in 1976 moved to Bethel Park, PA.
When Walt retired it made sense for him to join Marie in her real estate
business. Walt obtained his real estate license in 2002 and received
his Accredited Buyer Representation designation in 2003. Walt works
with most of the buyers and relocation clients and assists in many ways to

We are finally getting settled in our new home! We just wanted to thank

past year and a half, we have had some interesting experiences with other

Nicole and I cannot thank you enough for helping us

really has been quite an experience. The
professionalism the two of you exhibit has been a breath of fresh air
after dealing with our incompetent agent from the “other agency”.
Before I worked with you I always thought an agent was an agent and
there was no difference between what realtor you choose.
I couldn’t have been more wrong.
I now realize the mistake I made and I will be a Re-Max customer

We are FINALLY getting settled! Just wanted to type you a short
message telling you thank you for the vase. It is beautiful.
Also, thank you for everything you have done to make this move as
enjoyable as possible. I know we had a little more stress than most
do during a move like this. We really appreciate you working so hard
to help us find a home before the baby arrives. We feel that the
house we chose could not be more perfect for us! Also thank you for
the bear Bible. It is so cute and Jimmy has read it quite a few
times already, just for practice of course! I am sure the baby will
thoroughly enjoy it as well! Please tell Steve we really appreciate
his services as well, and the wine too! You all have really shown us
God's love and we are so thankful. We will send pictures of the baby
as soon as he or she arrives!
